Dave, LMT

Onondaga School of Therapeutic Massage (OSTM)
Specialties: Sports Massage, Deep Tissue, and Injury Repair

Dave earned his license for massage therapy in October of 2003. From 2004 until 2012 , he developed his passion for therapeutic and medical applications of massage at another local massage business. Dave specializes in Sports Massage and has been helping his clients recover from and prevent injuries, perform at higher levels in their athletic careers, and eliminate daily aches and pains.

Dave's sessions involve more than the massage itself. In the process of identifying and treating whatever brought them in, he draws on this knowledge from his former job as a ACSM Certified Personal Trainer to educate his clients about potential postural and ergonomic stresses unique to their sport. He recommends stretching and/or exercise regiments that are appropriate to healing and preventing future injuries.

In addition to being a Licensed Massage Therapist with an expertise in Sports Massage, Dave has extensive experience as an athlete and understands the athlete from a personal perspective as well as from a professional massage therapists perspective.

Joining us in 2012, he looks forward to bringing his skills and energy to your sessions, and continuing to grow and help his clients improve their lives.

“Dave G. is extremely skilled. He was able to address all of my areas of stress and tension. And I had a lot of them! After my massage I felt like I had a new, pain-free and relaxed body. Thank you, Dave! Thanks also to all of you who wrote reviews here. I might not have experienced the best massage I have ever had in my entire life if you had not posted your feedback.”
