Our Story
Healing Haven Massage & Wellness was established in 2005.
We practice and continually train in a large spectrum of modalities from Deep-Tissue Massage to CranioSacral Therapy. It has been our dream to serve with compassion and wisdom in our field. We have come together with a passion and unified mission and are dedicated to you—our community. We delight in our client’s successes and healing journeys. We hope to bring our wisdom, knowledge and expertise to your own journey.
Our beautiful sanctuary at 1501 East Avenue resides in the East Avenue Historic District. The neo-Tudor house was built in 1913 by Henry M. Stern, with Herbert Stern as his architect. You can find us through an entrance in the addition at the rear of this beautiful building. We look forward to seeing you.

From the East: Follow NY-104 W and NY-590 S to University Avenue in Rochester. Take exit 20 from I-490 W, and drive to East Avenue.
From the West: Follow I-490 E, take exit 19 for Culver Rd, turn left onto Culver Rd, and turn right onto East Avenue.
From the North: Follow NY-590 S, continue on NY-590 S to Rochester. Take exit 20 from I-490 W, and drive to East Avenue.
From the South: Follow I-490 W to University Avenue in Rochester. Take exit 20 from I-490 W, and drive to East Avenue.
When you arrive at 1501 East Ave, follow the one-way driveway to the rear parking lot. Enter the rear entrance that has Professional Building on the glass door. Find our office downstairs, at the first door on your right, Suite 101. Our Healing Haven Massage & Wellness sign is at the door. Welcome, come on in!
