Tracey has been practicing massage therapy since 2007. She became interested in pursuing a career in massage after injuring herself during her years as a runner. Western medicine wasn’t completely addressing her healing needs so she sought out massage modalities. This was precisely what her body needed to heal and stay injury free.

Tracey is a natural healer and has a passion for helping others. This passion includes helping others heal from pain as well as assisting fellow athletes achieve their highest performance. As her expertise materialized in sports medicine and injury repair techniques, Tracey began a more focused interest in energy work. She became a Usui Reiki practitioner and started to see positive effects on anxiety and stress with dogs and horses. Realizing how important it is to release stagnant energy and emotions and what a huge impact it can have on overall wellbeing, Tracey loves bringing this healing art to humans everywhere.

When Tracey isn’t at Healing Haven Massage & Wellness, you can find her working on a horse farm and trail running with her two dogs.

She specializes in deep tissue, injury repair and Sports Massage, as well as Reiki and Energy Healing Massage.
